Guest Certificate will only be issued once full payment is received.

As is customary in the lodging industry, the Renter may be required to provide a credit card upon check-in as a damages/loss/incidental charges deposit to the Resort. The Renter is responsible for any issues in this regard that may arise during their stay, either payable directly to the Resort or secondarily to the Owner if subsequently billed for damages or missing inventory from the unit. This is rarely a problem, but Renter needs to be aware that timeshare vacation Owners and their Renters/Guests are directly responsible for damages to a unit or missing inventory of supplies, furnishings, towels, etc

The Renter agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the resort during the stay and to maintain the unit in the same condition as it is at the time of check-in, except for normal wear and tear.
The Renter agrees to pay for all incidental charges imposed by the resort, including:
Key deposit
Tourism levies
A/C or other utility surcharges
Telephone Charges
Food, Beverage or any other Room Charges
Park entrance fees
Additional housekeeping service beyond the normal housekeeping services
Other charges of the resort for services or the use of facilities
Charges for damages, repairs, or replacement of furnishings missing from the room inventory after occupancy of the unit
